Billing, plans and invoices

Choose or change a plan

Admins manage billing in Settings → Billing. Pick a plan, monthly or yearly, and pay securely through Razorpay. The same page shows your current plan and your usage against its limits for users, leads and WhatsApp messages.

When the trial ends

If you have not chosen a plan by the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view and export your data, but adding and editing are paused until you subscribe.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment cannot be collected, you keep full access during a grace period; Settings → Billing shows the date it ends. Razorpay retries the charge. If payment still has not gone through when the grace period ends, the account becomes read-only until it is settled.

GST invoices

• An invoice is created for every payment and listed under Invoices in Settings → Billing.
• Open an invoice to view it, then use Print to print it or save it as a PDF.
• Enter your billing name, address and GSTIN under Billing details to have them printed on invoices, so you can claim input tax credit.
• INR prices include GST.
