Exporting your data and closing your account

Export all data

In Settings → Data & account, select Export all data. You get one Excel file with a sheet each for leads, activities, follow-ups, demos, users, stages, sources, lost reasons, business types and invoices. You can export at any time, including while the account is read-only.

Close the account

1. Export your data first.
2. In Settings → Data & account, select Close account and confirm.
3. The account becomes read-only straight away and is scheduled for deletion 30 days later.

Changed your mind?

Until the deletion date, the same page shows when the data will be deleted and a Keep my account button. Select it to cancel the closure; the account stays read-only until you choose a plan.
